Sales Representative for Sweden Area

We are looking for a sales representative who wants to help us grow. We aim to recruit the best salespeople in the market for our business segment “Smooth Plastic Sheets”, targeting customers in Animal Husbandry/Agriculture/Industry/Construction/Home & Garden/Sports, Events & Leisure.
We have a well-functioning range of plastic sheets and flooring products that meet customer needs. The fact that all our sheet products consist of 100% recycled plastic (LDPE) is very timely.
About the Position
· New sales and management of existing customers within Sweden.
· Independent work towards your own budget.
· Fieldwork 1–2 days/week, other time at the office in Sisjön.
· Overnight stays are rare but may occur in connection with customer visits, fairs, and conferences.
You will be responsible for new sales to potential customers, including booking your own customer visits, spontaneous visits, writing quotes, and negotiating.
The district is: Sweden. Residence is: Gothenburg and surrounding areas.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, a strong personal drive is needed, where you as a person have an attitude of loving to convey knowledge and sell optimal solutions for our customers. You gain your energy from meeting new customers that you book yourself. Structure and the ability to plan your days optimally is a given. You know you need to maintain a high activity level and have that discipline. You are quick-witted, good at finding solutions, comfortable with business mathematics, and thrive best in conversations with customers, both over the phone, via email, and through physical visits to customers.
A bit more about you
- Experience in proactive sales, preferably within plastic, construction, or agriculture.
- You are used to sales calls both over the phone and via email communication.
- Structured, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken & written), preferably also English.
- Completed high school education.
- Driving license B is required.

Markskydd i Väst AB was founded in 2009 and is today one of Sweden's leading suppliers of ground protection-related products, offering environmentally friendly protection of surfaces in construction, transport, events, agriculture, animal husbandry, and equipment rental, among others.
We also have a rapidly growing business segment with smooth plastic sheets, focusing on animal husbandry, agriculture, and essentially all environments where one wants to protect existing walls and floors from moisture, dampness, and general wear.
Our sales base is Sweden, but we also export ongoing volumes to England, Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, and Poland. We have warehouses in 4 locations in Sweden and 1 in Norway. Our sales have various channels, partly directly from us, but also through our resellers in certain segments. We market ourselves via social media, print, participate in fairs, and through our websites, including Markskydd.se, Plastplattor.se, and Trailergolv.se
We currently have 3 employees and an annual turnover of approximately 18 million SEK (2025), with very good growth over the past five years. Markskydd i Väst AB is in an expansive phase with the goal of significantly increasing our turnover and profitability in the coming years. 2025 has been a very successful business year, where, among other things, the reopening of warehouses in southern Stockholm and in Norway are standout parts that have positively influenced our figures.
Our vision is to become the market-leading distributor in Northern Europe within ground protection and smooth plastic sheets by offering environmentally friendly alternatives as protection within industry, events, animal husbandry, and construction.
